Active Project: Commercial Healthcare – IVF / Women’s Clinic
Renovation project to convert 10,735 SF of an existing 30,150 SF building into an IVF Women’s Clinic in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Project deliverables include completed interior demolition & buildout, specialty IVF laboratory integration, medical gas (MedGas) installation, and successful completion of inspections leading to final occupancy and turnover.
